Designed a custom ground station HAT PCB, sourcing components to safely power the LoRa radio module and interface with the Raspberry Pi. Managed the complete prototyping process, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, fabrication, and assembly testing.

Designed a production-ready hardware enclosure through close collaboration with the design team, iterating across multiple manufacturing methods to ensure feasibility and durability.

Built a low-cost, passive hardware edge solution that prevents child vehicular heatstroke deaths using computer vision and ML (patent and licensing).
